Complaint Procedure (Liability for Defects, Warranty, Complaints)
The Seller is liable for defects in the services provided, and the Buyer is obliged to submit any complaint to the Seller without undue delay in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.
If the services were not properly provided or show defects, the Buyer has the right to file a complaint at the Seller’s business premises by completing a complaint form and submitting it to the Seller. The Buyer is required to clearly specify the type and extent of the defects in the form.
The Buyer must report defects in the services to the Seller without unnecessary delay after the services have been provided, or, if the services were not provided at all, from the date on which they were supposed to be provided.
The complaint procedure begins on the date the complaint is submitted.
On the day the complaint is received, the Seller shall issue the Buyer a confirmation of receipt of the complaint in a form chosen by the Seller.
Considering the nature of the services provided, the Seller shall remedy the defects by providing substitute services or by granting a discount on the purchase price. In cases where the defect cannot be remedied by substitute services or a discount, the Buyer is entitled to a refund of the purchase price.
The Seller is obliged to provide the Buyer with written confirmation of the complaint settlement no later than 30 days from the date the complaint was submitted.
The settlement of the complaint applies only to the defects specified in the complaint form.
