CARD USAGE
The Club Card can be used for purchases directly at AquaCity Poprad as well as for online purchases via the e-shop, depending on the type of service.
Aquapark tickets can be purchased with a discount both online and at the ticket office. When purchasing at the ticket office, simply present the QR code on your mobile phone – it is not necessary to print the card. For online ticket purchases, you must register or log in to the e-shop using the email address to which the Club Card was issued. The discount can only be applied after logging in with this email address. For hotel package reservations, the discount does not apply to online bookings. The discount can only be used when booking directly through the hotel reception. The Club Card is non-transferable, except for immediate family members. The discount may be used by the cardholder and their spouse or children under 18 years of age.

GASTRONOMY – 10% discount Food and beverages from the current menu, excluding tobacco products, daily menu and special offers. Valid at AquaCity Poprad – High Tatras Restaurant, Lobby Bar and Café Bar.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES – 10% discount
Massages and treatments at the Relaxation & Massage Centre (at AquaCity cash desks or hotel receptions).
Discounts on Cryocentre services – whole-body and local cryotherapy, according to the current valid price list.
