The voucher includes 5 whole-body cryotherapy sessions in a special cryotherapy chamber at –120°C.
Procedure Information
- Cryocentre – treatment duration: 30 minutes. Upon arrival at the Cryocentre, guests receive a dry cotton T-shirt, shorts, headband, gloves, socks, clogs, and a face mask covering the nose and mouth. The preparation begins with approximately 30 seconds in an adaptation chamber at –60°C. Guests then pass through an internal door into the main cryotherapy chamber, where the temperature reaches –120°C. Guests remain in motion throughout their time in the chamber, without skin-to-skin contact. Due to zero humidity, the extremely low temperature feels less intense. After two to a maximum of three minutes, guests leave through the adaptation chamber to allow the body to gradually adjust to the change in temperature. After leaving the chamber, guests complete 20 minutes of intensive exercise. Guests may leave the cryotherapy chamber at any time during the procedure.
Validity
The voucher and sessions loaded onto the card are valid until 23 December 2026 and cannot be used on the day of purchase. The voucher will be redeemed at the reception by loading the sessions onto your AquaCity Club card. If you do not have an AquaCity Club card, you can obtain one at the Aquapark reception or purchase one online for €5. No reservation is required.
