We can issue your club card immediately at the AquaCity cash desk, or you can easily arrange it online here. The one-time fee for issuing the card is €5.
- HOW DO YOU GET THE CARD?
Register for AquaCity Club:
– in person at the AquaCity Poprad cash desks, or online at shop.aquacity.sk.
After paying the €5 registration fee, you will receive your own electronic club card (QR code) and can immediately start using the program benefits. You can use the club card for purchases directly at AquaCity Poprad as well as for online purchases via the e-shop shop.aquacity.sk, depending on the type of service.
– On-site purchase – when paying, present the QR code on your phone at the cash desks or at the hotel reception when booking via reception. There is no need to print the card.
– Online purchase – for online purchases, you must register or log in to the e-shop using the email address to which the club card was issued. The discount can only be applied after logging in with this email address.
– Aquapark tickets can be purchased with a discount both online and at the cash desks.
– Hotel stays – the discount does not apply online; it is valid only when booking via reception.
– The club card is non-transferable, except for immediate family members. The discount may be used by the cardholder and their spouse or children under 18 years of age. -
VALIDITY OF THE CLUB CARD
The club card is valid indefinitely. Its validity ends only if the club program is discontinued.
