The voucher includes – one entry to the Cryocenter for a whole-body cryotherapy session in a specialized cryochamber at –120°C.
Procedure Information
Duration: 30 minutes Upon arrival at the Cryocenter, guests will receive a dry cotton T-shirt, shorts, headband, gloves, socks, wooden clogs, and a face mask for the nose and mouth. The treatment begins in a preparatory adaptation chamber at –60°C, where guests stay for approximately 30 seconds. They then proceed through inner doors into the main cryochamber, where the temperature reaches –120°C. Guests remain in motion throughout the session and are not in direct contact with cold surfaces. Due to zero humidity in the chamber, the cold is not perceived as intense as the temperature might suggest. After two to three minutes, guests exit back through the adaptation chamber to allow the body to gradually adjust to the temperature change. After leaving the chamber, a 20-minute session of physical exercise follows. Guests may leave the cryochamber at any time during the procedure.
Validity and Opening Hours
