Why should I shop via e-shop? <\/em><\/strong> Shopping via the ESHOP shop.aquacity.sk<\/strong> is more advantageous than buying at the ticket offices in AquaCity Poprad. You can conveniently purchase Aquapark and Wellness Centre tickets online at discounted prices. When buying, you can choose a specific visit date with flexible, discounted pricing, or select an undated ticket with an open validity of up to 6 months<\/strong>. AquaCity Club members can also receive extra club discounts after logging in or registering with the email address under which the club card was issued. In the ESHOP, you will also find various promotional products, packages, and special offers available exclusively online.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Do I have to own an AquaCity Club Card if I want to shop through the ESHOP?<\/em> <\/strong> Owning an AquaCity Club card is not required to purchase in the ESHOP, but with the club card you get an additional \u20ac2 discount<\/strong> on Aquapark Packet, Wellness Packet, and Family Packet<\/strong> tickets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
What products and services can I buy through ESHOP?<\/em> <\/strong> In our E-SHOP we offer you the possibility to buy tickets in the form of electronic vouchers or gift vouchers for Aquapark, Wellness Centre, hotel stays, massages, spa, beauty treatments or tickets for various events. Is registration via ESHOP required?<\/em> <\/strong> Registration in E-SHOPE is not mandatory. By registering you will get additional benefits and information about possible stock products and offers. You also have an overview of your orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
How do I pay for an order?<\/em> <\/strong> You can pay by card<\/strong> via GP webpay<\/strong>, via V\u00daB eCard<\/strong>, Apple Pay<\/strong>, Google Pay<\/strong>, or by bank transfer<\/strong>. For bank transfers, you\u2019ll complete payment through a generated link; your order will be processed after the full amount is credited to our account (this may take a few days). You can also choose fast bank transfer<\/strong> for Slovensk\u00e1 sporite\u013e\u0148a, V\u00daB Banka, and Tatra banka. The fastest<\/strong> method is card payment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
How fast will I receive a gift voucher or an electronic voucher?<\/em><\/strong> If you pay via V\u00daB Card, TrustCard, or TrustPay<\/strong>, the electronic voucher<\/strong> arrives to your email immediately<\/strong>. For bank transfer<\/strong>, tickets are sent after the payment is credited to our account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
What is the validity of the gift vouchers and tickets?<\/em> <\/strong> You can choose a voucher valid for 6 months from purchase<\/strong> or a date-specific voucher at a better price<\/strong>; a date-specific voucher can be used only on that day<\/strong>. The validity date is shown on each voucher\/ticket. Hotel stays have a validity of at least 12 months<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Can I give away the tickets?<\/em> <\/strong> Yes. Tickets do not<\/strong> show the buyer\u2019s name or price. We do not<\/strong> include a receipt with mailed orders. Your order confirmation and tax invoice are sent by email<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
We have decided not to use the gift voucher and tickets and return them. How do we proceed?<\/em> <\/strong> For vouchers with 6-month validity<\/strong>, you may cancel within 14 working days<\/strong> from the date the service contract was concluded (i.e., from the seller\u2019s order confirmation). For date-specific vouchers<\/strong>, cancellation is not possible<\/strong>; a date change<\/strong> can be arranged only with Customer Service<\/strong>, and if prices differ, a surcharge to the current ticket price<\/strong> applies.
